A Platform for Scale
A Model for Scalable
Entrepreneurship
Founders benefit from proximity to peers, access to
mentoring, and direct links to funding, markets, and
institutional supports. This environment enables faster
learning, stronger networks, and accelerated growth.
The real value lies in the environment it creates.
Businesses benefit from proximity to other founders,
shared learning, and access to a professional setting that
enhances credibility with clients, investors, and partners.
The concept of “managed serendipity” creating
conditions for valuable, unplanned interactions plays a
central role in fostering collaboration and innovation.
With the support of Founding Partners; Furthr, Enterprise
Ireland, Dublin City Council, and Local Enterprise Office
Dublin City - and their extensive networks, the GEC
provides access to funding, mentorship, and enterprise
supports not only to companies based within the GEC,
but to external startups and scaling businesses, our doors
are open to the wider entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The GEC delivers a monthly Mentoring for Scale
programme, integrated in 2023, which has provided
tailored mentoring support to over 960 scaling startups
(since established in 2015). This holistic approach
reduces risk, strengthens business foundations, and
enables companies to scale more effectively.
