The Importance of Location
While digital technologies enable companies to operate
from anywhere, high-growth, knowledge-intensive
businesses continue to benefit from being located in
connected, central environments.
For scaling companies, proximity to talent, networks, and
infrastructure plays a critical role in growth. Central
locations provide access to skilled workforces, foster
stronger team cohesion, and create a professional
environment that enhances engagement with clients,
investors, and partners.

Adaptive Mobile Security, one of the GEC’s most
successful alumni, exemplifies this. The company
relocated to the Guinness Enterprise Centre during a key
growth phase, attracted by its central location, flexible
workspace, and access to talent.
As the business scaled, it expanded its footprint within
the Centre before ultimately outgrowing the space. At
the time of its acquisition by Enea, the company
employed over 135 people, served more than 80 global
operators, and generated revenues of €15.5 million.
